Remote Entry of Activity Trips
With the new Remote Trips you will save time and valuable resources by having Activity Trips entered directly by the schools! The trips are entered into a holding tank from where Transportation can approve, then quickly import them directly into Bus Master Activity Trip Module. The Schools can only see the trips they have entered and Transportation can see all trips entered by all schools. Each school can run their own Activity Trips Schedules anytime they choose. Beta tested in a large district with more than 15 schools entering trips at the same time, this will soon become the norm for transportation. Currently installed in four school districts and growing. Zonar Vehicle Inspection System

Introducing seamless integration with Zonar Systems. Bus Master can now ship our Inventory Edition complete with a Zonar Systems module. Once again, Bus Master has applied its’ core values of “Simple and User Friendly” to the task of integration with Zonar Systems. Users and IT Directors will applaud Bus Master’s “non nonsense” approach, that allows Zonar Servers to seamlessly integrate with Bus Master Maintenance Module. Bus Master approached the integration with this goal in mind, “Develop an interface that will allow users a One Button Click to access Zonar Systems data.” There is no reason for local IT Directors to worry about housing the huge amounts of data involved with daily Zonar Inspections. The Inspection Process and the Data Housing is Zonar Systems, the information interface is Bus Master. The completed result of this process is nothing short of impressive!

Assign a Work Order directly to Zonar Inspection Defects. From the Work Order Screen users can view all Zonar Inspection Defects for that vehicle. Click one button and upload one or multiple repairs with a complete work order history attached.
